Virginia Palmer, B.A.

Management and Clinical Consultant

Virginia has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and has extensive management and clinical experience in institutional, community and business settings. Virginia has worked as a clinician and manager in social service organizations in residential and community settings; has been the planning and development consultant to a wide variety of non-profit organizations including housing development corporations; has been the owner of small businesses; and is currently the Clinical Coordinator for Quinte Assessment and Treatment Group Inc. and Quinte Counselling Services Inc. and a management consultant for the Qxplore Group of Companies.

Specialization

Virginia’ expertise is in organizing and bridging clinical services, such as Employee Assistance Programs and specialist psychological and social work assessment and treatment services, with the operational and human resource needs of human service organizations. While Virginia has a particular interest in the development, management and operation of community organizations she is also adept at understanding the challenges and human resource needs of public institutions
