Tony James B.A.

Human Resource Consultant

Tony has a B.A. from the University of Guelph, and in addition to 25years of hands on experience has taken a broad range of extended education course courses in areas such as Labour Arbitration, Industrial Relations and Collective Bargaining, Quality Improvement, Rightful Dismissal, Labour Adjustment Committee, Time Management, Finance, and Project Management.

Prior to coming to Qxplore Inc. Tony has been operating his independent Human Resource Consulting practice including the set up and operation of Action Centres for closing businesses and industries. Prior to that Tony held positions at Rexcan Circuits including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations; and positions at Northern Telecom, Westclox Industries, and Ford Motor Company
