Treena Cook, M.S.W., R.S.W. Treena Cook obtained her Master’s of Social Work degree from Carleton University following the completion of two undergraduate degrees. Since joining the practice as an associate in June 2006, Treena has provided an extensive range of services focused on meeting the specific needs of individual children, adults, families, and couples. Her style incorporates the tenets of a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, play and dialectical therapies to support clients towards positive change of their ability to manage their emotional self, as well as their relationships with others. |

Her areas of clinical practice include general coping and stress management, parenting and parent-child conflict; child and adult mental health (e.g. anxiety and depression), grief (bereavement) and loss of relationship (separation); anger management, and recovery from addictions. In addition, Treena is available to offer mediation services in a variety of contexts: including formalized separation agreements and parenting coordination; as well as conflict within in-tact families and/or workplace. |
