Bob has a Masters in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier and a B.A. (Hons.) in Math and Psychology from Queen’s University. Bob is the founder and Managing Director of the Qxplore Group of Companies, one of the largest clinical and human service companies in Central and Eastern Ontario, and which includes Qxplore Inc., Quinte Assessment and Treatment Group Inc., Quinte Counselling Services Inc., and Kitcher Development Consultants Ltd.

Bob has worked extensively in consulting, management and volunteer capacities with public and non-profit sector organizations to assist them in their planning, development and management activities. These positions have included:
