Jessica is a graduate from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety and holds the Canadian Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) and Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designations.

Jessica has worked in both private and public sectors for the past nine years specifically in workplace health and safety management. She has extensive experience in hazard identification and risk assessment, regulatory compliance, policy and program creation, audit preparation, training and strategic planning. Jessica has extensive experience across many sectors including manufacturing, retail, service, warehousing and office environments. Her time at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) provided the opportunity to understand Ontario’s health and safety insurance and enforcement systems.

Jessica’s expertise is workplace health and safety management. By understanding work processes and identifying injury risks and compliance requirements, she designs customized solutions for achieving compliance and preventing injuries. She uses her experience and knowledge of health and safety management to work with organizations to build and promote a safe work culture.

Jessica works directly with people at all levels within an organization to promote best practices, addressing their specific concerns and requirements. She also designs and delivers training programs for all levels within an organization.
