Groups and Workshops Adult Groups Process Group for Adults A Process Group is for anyone with an individual or relationship issue that is interfering with their life, and particularly people who are suffering with depression, anxiety, effects of abuse and other issues that are likely to cause problems in their relationships with others. Brochure Anger Management Group This group provides a unique opportunity to address anger management issues that are interfering in your life, to learn alternative ways of dealing with anger, and to promote effective changes in behaviours. Brochure Trauma Group The Trauma Group is for anyone who feels negatively affected by having experienced a traumatic event. Traumatic experiences include such incidents as sexual and/or physical abuse, severe and persistent neglect, and witnessing or experiencing events that involve threat of loss of life to themselves, peers, or loved ones. Brochure Addictions and Gambling Group Addictive behaviours are always debilitating for the individual and their family because they threaten important relationships, job, financial security, lifestyle, and self esteem. Treatment with a trained clinician is, in some cases, the only way to cure an addiction.
