Deanna is a Certified Human Resource Professional who has demonstrated over 25 years of dynamic organizational leadership in both private and public sectors. Deanna has served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Human Resource Professionals Association and held two terms as Quinte Chapter President at the local level. Deanna was presented with the Human Resource Professional Association Honorary Lifetime Award in 2009.

Deanna’s experience was originally in the Industrial Environment and moved into the Public Sector during the last half of her career. Deanna has worked in both union and non union environments and specializes in Labour Relations, Disability Management, Accessibility, Conflict Management & Health & Safety.

Prior to joining Qxplore Inc., Deanna held a number of senior management positions including Health Safety and Disability Management for Hastings County; Director of Human Resources at Interface Flooring Systems (Canada) Inc,; Director of Human Services/Finances at the Campbellford and District Association for Community Living; and Human Resources Manager at Stouffer’s (a division of Nestle Canada Inc.)
