Diana Cooper, M.A.

Change Management Consultant

Diana is a graduate from Bishop’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and from Royal Roads University with a Masters in Leadership and Training. Her research in cognitive psychology has been published in international academic journals.

Diana has worked in the private and non-profit sectors for the past 15 years specifically in change management and organizational effectiveness. She has provided strategic planning, process analysis, training and development in human resources. Diana has extensive experience in industries including the oil and gas sector, national retailers, a national property management company and non-profit groups and volunteer organizations.

Specialization

Diana’s expertise is in organizational development. By analyzing organizational processes and identifying key issues dealing with human resources, she designs practical solutions for promoting effective and sustainable change. She uses a system thinking approach for developing models to promote organizational understanding.

Diana works directly with managers providing personal coaching in skills and best practices, addressing their specific needs and concerns. She also designs and delivers training programs for employees working in group and team environments.
