Our consulting group was initially formed in 1986 to provide consulting services in Eastern and Central Ontario. Over time this original group has significantly expanded and evolved into the Qxplore Group of Companies. Kitcher Development Consultants Ltd. was formed in 1987 to provide development consulting services to the non-profit housing and social service sectors. In 1993 Quinte Counselling Services Inc. was formed to provide a wider range of clinical services, including Employee Assistance

Program and social work assessment services. Quinte Assessment and Treatment Group Inc. a management company for specialist clinicians in private practice, was reorganized and refocused in 2004. Qxplore Inc. was also established in 2004 as a consulting company focused on Organizational Development, Management and Human Resource Services.
